## Previous Limitations

GoldRush started free to remove friction for builders. As production workloads grew, we shifted to a free trial model so we could keep investing in reliability, coverage, and correctness.

* A meaningful share of discovery now comes from LLMs reading docs, examples, and code
* AI-native builders, solo founders, and hackathon teams don’t fit neatly into enterprise-shaped plans
* We didn’t want “try it for a week” to be the default path for people who just want to ship and iterate
