# accountSubscribe on Solana

> Call accountSubscribe on Solana via GoldRush JSON-RPC. Subscribes to changes to an account. Endpoint, parameters, return values, and code examples.

`accountSubscribe` on **Solana**: Subscribes to changes to an account.

## Endpoint

```

`accountSubscribe` is a **WebSocket** subscription method.

Authenticate with `Authorization: Bearer <GOLDRUSH_API_KEY>`. See [authentication](/goldrush-json-rpc/authentication).

## Parameters

## Returns

`number`: Subscription id (used with `accountUnsubscribe`). Notifications arrive as `accountNotification` messages.

## Errors

Standard JSON-RPC errors: `-32600` invalid request, `-32601` method not found, `-32602` invalid params.
